Welcome to Triplla.

These Terms of Service explain the rules, responsibilities and conditions for using the Triplla platform, website and related services.

Triplla is an all-in-one travel management software powered by Designfox Pvt Ltd and Devito Digital Agency, designed to help travel agencies, DMCs, tour operators and tourism businesses manage their operations through a connected digital platform.

By accessing or using Triplla, you agree to follow these Terms of Service.

1. About Triplla

Triplla provides travel technology solutions that help businesses manage:

  • Customer inquiries
  • Lead management
  • Travel itineraries
  • Quotations
  • Bookings
  • Supplier coordination
  • Vouchers
  • Invoices
  • Payments
  • Reports
  • Operational workflows

Triplla provides software tools to improve business efficiency. Triplla does not operate tours, sell travel packages, act as a travel agent, or provide tourism services on behalf of customers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing or using Triplla services, you confirm that:

  • You have the authority to represent your business
  • You agree to these Terms of Service
  • The information provided during registration is accurate
  • You will use the platform responsibly and legally

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use Triplla services.

3. Account Registration

To use Triplla, you may need to create a business account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate company information
  • Maintaining account security
  • Protecting login credentials
  • Managing user access within your organization
  • Ensuring authorized users follow these terms

You must immediately inform Triplla if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use Triplla only for legitimate business purposes.

You must not:

  • Attempt to damage or disrupt the platform
  • Access unauthorized areas of the system
  • Copy, modify or reverse engineer the software
  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Upload harmful files or malicious content
  • Share account access with unauthorized users

Triplla reserves the right to restrict access if misuse or security risks are identified.

5. Customer Data & Ownership

Your business data remains your property.

This includes:

  • Customer information
  • Travel records
  • Booking details
  • Supplier information
  • Documents
  • Business reports

Triplla does not sell, transfer or claim ownership of your business data.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to store and process customer information through the platform.

6. Software Access & Availability

Triplla provides access to the platform based on the selected service package.

We aim to maintain:

  • Reliable system availability
  • Secure access
  • Continuous improvements
  • Technical support

However, temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • System maintenance
  • Security updates
  • Hosting provider issues
  • Internet connectivity problems
  • Third-party service limitations

Triplla will make reasonable efforts to minimize service disruptions.

7. Payment Terms

Triplla pricing may include:

  • One-time software installation fees
  • Setup and configuration charges
  • Annual renewal/server costs
  • Additional customization fees

Payment terms will be provided in the official quotation or agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Payments must be completed according to the agreed schedule
  • Delayed payments may affect service availability
  • Custom development work requires separate approval

8. Annual Renewal & Maintenance

Some Triplla packages include annual renewal fees.

Annual renewal may cover:

  • Server-related costs
  • System maintenance
  • Security updates
  • Continued platform access
  • Basic technical support

Annual renewal does not include:

  • New custom features
  • Major system modifications
  • Third-party service charges
  • Additional development work

9. Custom Development & Integrations

Triplla may provide customization services based on business requirements.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • New modules
  • Custom reports
  • Workflow changes
  • API integrations
  • Special document formats
  • Third-party integrations

Custom work will begin after approval of the additional quotation.

10. Third-Party Services

Triplla may integrate with third-party services such as:

  • WhatsApp services
  • Email providers
  • Payment gateways
  • OTA platforms
  • Website services
  • External APIs

Third-party services may have separate terms, pricing and privacy policies.

Triplla is not responsible for:

  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Policy changes
  • External platform limitations
  • Additional charges from third-party providers

11. Support & Maintenance

Triplla provides support to help customers use the platform effectively.

Support may include:

  • System guidance
  • Technical assistance
  • Bug fixes
  • Basic troubleshooting
  • User assistance

Support does not include:

  • Data entry services
  • Customer training beyond agreed sessions
  • Custom development
  • External system issues

Additional services may be charged separately.

12. User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate business information
  • Managing internal user permissions
  • Protecting customer privacy
  • Following applicable laws and regulations
  • Maintaining secure access credentials
  • Reviewing business reports and data accuracy

Triplla is not responsible for incorrect information entered by users.

13. Intellectual Property

All Triplla software, designs, features, branding, documentation and technology remain the intellectual property of Designfox Pvt Ltd and Devito Digital Agency.

Customers receive permission to use Triplla according to their purchased plan.

No ownership rights are transferred unless specifically agreed in writing.

14. Limitation of Liability

Triplla provides software tools to improve business operations.

Triplla is not responsible for:

  • Losses caused by business decisions
  • Incorrect data entered by users
  • Customer disputes
  • Travel service failures
  • Third-party platform issues
  • Internet or hosting interruptions

Customers remain responsible for their own travel operations and services.

15. Suspension or Termination

Triplla may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Payments are overdue
  • Security risks are identified
  • The platform is misused

Customers may request account closure by contacting Triplla support.

16. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the use of Triplla services.

Confidential information may include:

  • Business processes
  • Customer information
  • Supplier details
  • Technical information
  • Commercial information

17. Changes to Terms

Triplla may update these Terms of Service from time to time due to:
